• As per RBI guidelines our Bank completed certification for EMV Chip based cards in the year 2016 and issuing EMV Chip based cards since Oct’2016.
• Our Rupay Debit cum ATM Cards can be used in our Bank's own ATMs any no. of times for free and in any other ATMs 5 times in a month without any charges.
• Daily cash withdrawal limit for our ATM card: Rs.25,000/-
  • In our APGB ATMs: Per transaction limit is Rs.10,000/-
  • In other ATMs: Per transaction limit is Rs.10,000/-
• Daily POS (Point of Sale) transaction limit for our ATM card is up to 75,000/-
• Our Rupay Debit cum ATM cards can also be used in POS Machines and Online websites like IRCTC, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato etc. with discounts/offers as applicable. For current offers on Rupay cards, please visit https://www.rupay.co.in/rupay-offers.
• Rupay Debit cum ATM card is mandatory for availing the services like Mobile Banking and UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe/BHIM App etc.)
• ఖాతాదారులకు విజ్ఞప్తి: బ్యాంక్ అధికారులు ఎప్పుడు మీ బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా/ATM కార్డ్ కు సంబంధించి కార్డు నెంబర్ / సివివి / పిన్ నెంబర్ వంటి బద్రతా సమాచారాన్ని వెల్లడించమని ఫోన్లు / మెయిల్స్ / SMS చేయరు. దయచేసి కార్డు నెంబర్ / సివివి / పిన్ నెంబర్ సంబందించిన ఏదైనా సమాచారాన్ని బహిర్గతం చేయవద్దు.
